We are located two blocks east of Greenfield on the north side of 12 Mile Road in Berkley, MI.
 
Hours of operation: 
Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Saturday 9:00 am to 2:00 pm 
We are open on Wednesday at 8:00 am for surgical check in.
